Jan Siksha Sansthan (JSS) provides vocational training to illiterates and neoliterates. Funded by the Department of Adult Education in Ministry of Human Resource, New Delhi, the evaluation exercise aims to review the work of JSS during the last three years in Ludhiana in Punjab and Chhabra in Bihar. It covers a survey of clients/ beneficiaries, and a detailed operational audit of the organisation as well as the documentation process.
