Evaluation and Impact Assessment of National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme in Bihar
The evaluation study, assigned by the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India and the United Nations Development Programme, examines the preparation and level of implementation of the NREGA in the state of Bihar, difficulties in its implementation, as well as challenges and opportunities. The study also suggests a number of measures for the effective implementation and strengthening of the scheme in the state.
