The Conference is organized by the Institute for Human Development (IHD), New Delhi, jointly with the World Bank and supported by the Multi-Donor Trust Fund (MDTF).

The PSIA Multi-Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) , established at the World Bank in 2010 with contributions from Norway (Ministry of Foreign Affairs), Germany (GIZ), the United Kingdom (DFID), the Netherlands (Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation), and Switzerland (SDC), is a partner in organising this event. The PSIA MDTF has funded more than 240 grants in over 80 countries across the globe, including a wide range of innovative analytical approaches, in-country capacity building, as well as comprehensive knowledge sharing activities. Other organizations that could collaborate with the event will also be explored.
