Ms. Chaity P. Sarkar is currently the Communications officer for the Institute for Human Development, New Delhi. With over 5 years of experience, her work stands at the intersection of employer brand management, strategic communications, development partnerships and non-profit fundraising. Prior to her current role she has worked with NGOs with a special focus on gender, leadership and sustainability. She holds a Masters in Development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore and a Bachelors in History from Jadavpur University, Kolkata.
