Mr. Rajeev Dubey

Mr. Rajeev Dubey is a well-known management professional with a distinguished career spanning leadership roles in both corporate and international arenas. He retired from Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. on April 1, 2020, having served as Group President (HR & Corporate Services), CEO of the After-Market Sector, and a member of the Group Executive Board.

An alumnus of St. Stephen’s College, the Delhi School of Economics, and the Yale School of Management, Mr. Dubey currently chairs Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd, Mahindra Steel Service Centre Ltd, and Mahindra First Choice Wheels Ltd, and is on the Board of Fifth Gear Ventures Ltd. He is also a Core Member of the Council of Global Advisors at the Yale School of Management, USA.

On the international front, Mr. Dubey has made significant contributions as South Asia’s representative on the Governing Body of the International Labour Organization (ILO), where he also served as Employers’ Vice-President for Asia. In addition, he was a board member of the International Organisation of Employers (IOE) and the ILO’s International Training Centre in Turin.
